About Elevate Restore
Do I reach a real person when I call?
Yes, every time. A live person answers every call and takes down your information. There is no AI or automated system.
How fast can you get to my property?
Our goal is to have a technician at your property within 60 minutes, anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley.
Are you available 24/7?
Yes. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends and holidays. After hours, our on-call technician will respond with an ETA within about 5 to 10 minutes of getting the call.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the entire Las Vegas Valley, including Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and Boulder City. We have also done work in Pahrump, Mount Charleston, Indian Springs, Mesquite and Alamo. For locations outside the valley, a travel fee may apply. Call us and we will confirm.
What services do you offer?
We handle water damage, flood, fire and smoke damage, mold, biohazard cleanup, contents and pack-outs, contents cleaning, board-ups and broken windows, and other emergency services. We do not do asbestos abatement or rebuild construction.
Do you handle the rebuild after the damage is cleaned up?
We handle the emergency work: water removal, drying, mold, fire and smoke cleanup, biohazard, contents and pack-outs, board-ups, and more. We do not do asbestos abatement or rebuild construction ourselves. After years in Las Vegas, we have built a network of trusted local partners who do, and we are happy to connect you with the right one. Need landscaping or pest control after the dust settles? We probably know someone for that too.
Cost and insurance
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes. We work directly with insurance companies, and we work with all of them. You can also pay out of pocket and seek reimbursement from your insurer. Whether your claim is covered is up to your insurance company and your policy.
Do you charge for inspections and estimates?
If you have an active emergency like a flood, we come out and start the work. There is no assessment fee. For non-emergency inspections and estimates, a fee may apply, and it is waived if you hire us. Call us and we will tell you exactly what applies to your situation.
Does homeowners insurance cover water damage?
It depends on your policy and the cause. Sudden and accidental events, like a burst pipe, are often covered. Slow leaks and long-term neglect often are not. Check your policy or ask your insurance company, and call us. We work with insurers every day and can explain what documentation they will need.
Water damage
What should I do first if I discover water damage?
- Stay safe. If water is near outlets, appliances or the electrical panel, stay out and do not touch anything electrical.
- Stop the source if you can, such as turning off the main water valve.
- Take photos and video of the damage before anything is moved.
- Call Elevate Restore right away, so drying can begin quickly.
How long does water damage restoration take?
It depends on how much water there is, what it soaked into, and the materials involved. Drying often takes several days, and repairs after drying take additional time. We will give you a realistic timeline once we see your property.
Why does speed matter with water damage?
Water spreads into floors, walls and furniture quickly. Mold can begin growing within a day or two in damp conditions, and materials that could have been saved may need to be replaced. The sooner drying starts, the less damage there is.
Mold, fire and biohazard
How do I know if I have mold?
Common signs are a musty smell, visible spots or fuzzy growth on walls, ceilings or floors, and past water leaks or damp areas. Mold can also hide behind walls. If you suspect it, call us and we will take a look.
Can you clean up after a fire?
Yes. We handle fire and smoke damage, including soot, smoke odor, and the contents affected by the fire. We also help with board-ups to secure the property.
What is biohazard cleanup, and who needs it?
Biohazard cleanup covers hazardous materials such as blood, bodily fluids, and trauma scenes. These need trained professionals with proper equipment and protection. Please do not try to clean them yourself. Call us and we will handle it with care and discretion.
What are pack-outs and contents cleaning?
A pack-out is when we carefully remove your belongings from the damaged area, clean and store them safely, and return them when the property is ready. It protects your items from further damage during the restoration.
Commercial and large loss
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. We have handled losses in offices, retail, hospitality, healthcare and industrial properties, including large floods in high-rise buildings and hotels. We are available 24/7 for commercial emergencies, and a live person answers every call.
Can you handle a flood that affects an entire building?
Yes. We have experience with major floods that affected almost an entire high-rise tower. Large losses move fast and involve many floors, many occupants and many moving parts. Call us right away so we can get a plan in place and start drying as soon as possible.
Do you work with property managers, building owners and insurance adjusters?
Yes. We work directly with insurance companies and communicate with property managers and building owners so everyone stays informed and the claim is documented properly.
How quickly can you respond to a commercial emergency?
A live person answers every call, 24/7. You will get a call back with an ETA within about 10 minutes, usually, and a technician is usually on site within 60 minutes anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley.
